I’m Cassie Ilana

 I’m a Registered Dietitian and Body Image Coach guiding teens and young adults to break free from food struggles and build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with their bodies. If you’ve been feeling stuck in cycles of restriction, emotional eating, or food stress, you’re not alone, and real, lasting change is possible.

Together, we’ll transform food from a source of stress into a source of nourishment, connection, and freedom. I’ll help you rebuild trust with your body, bring joy and creativity back into eating, and create space for more ease and presence in your life.
