Hey, I’m Cassie! I work with teens and young adults to help them break free from food struggles and discover peace with their bodies, making eating easy, joyful, and stress-free.

Through virtual nutrition counseling, meal support, and cooking sessions, I provide care that goes beyond food, blending science-backed guidance with a trauma-informed approach. I translate research into simple, practical steps that fit your everyday life, while creating a safe, supportive space where your story is honored and your pace is respected. Because true healing extends beyond what’s on your plate, I also integrate somatic tools like breathwork, nervous system regulation, and embodiment practices to support your whole self.

Cooking and food are grounding joys in my own life, and I love helping clients rediscover that for themselves. My goal is to help you see food not as the enemy or a set of rules, but as a creative outlet and source of nourishment, joy, and connection. Imagine enjoying dinner with friends, saying yes to a spontaneous ice cream run, or finding peace in the kitchen again. These moments are not only possible, they’re central to living freely.

HOW IT ALL STARTED

My path into this work is deeply personal.

As a former athlete, I know what it feels like to be trapped in perfectionism and rigid routines. What once fueled me as an athlete became harmful in my everyday life, and I had to learn to find worthiness within myself instead of through performance or appearance.

That journey sparked my passion for understanding the connection between food, body, and identity.

I began my career in a bariatric surgery clinic, where I saw how our healthcare system often fails people. I witnessed the toll of chronic dieting, shame, and unrealistic expectations, and I learned that diets fail far more often than people do. That experience led me to the principles of Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size®, and to working in higher-acuity eating disorder care. Along the way, I discovered the profound impact of having a supportive, compassionate team, and it’s my mission to be that for others.

I create fully customized programs designed to meet you where you are. I help you break free from the cycle of restriction or from emotional and binge eating, whether you feel out of control around food or are uncovering the hidden rules driving it. Whether it’s nutrition counseling, meal support, or cooking together, my goal is to help you let go of rigid food rules and rebuild trust with your body. I also bring years of experience as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer, emphasizing movement as a supportive, empowering part of my whole-person approach. Together, we’ll shift from restriction to ease, from stressing at the table to savoring every bite. Food is meant to be enjoyed, not tracked. Walks don’t have to be about the steps, and life isn’t measured by calories or perfection; it’s measured by the freedom to be present and live on your own terms.
