Meal Support Services
Hands-on, 1:1 support for navigating meals, snacks, and real-life eating situations. Designed for those in eating disorder recovery, these sessions help you reconnect with your body, tune into hunger and fullness cues, and build confidence around food. Lasting 45 minutes to an hour, sessions may include gentle exposure-based strategies to reduce anxiety and support a sense of ease, connection, and trust with yourself at the table.
Virtual Cooking Sessions
Interactive, 1:1 sessions designed to make cooking nourishing meals approachable, enjoyable, and stress-free. Perfect for those later in eating disorder recovery who may feel anxious around food, unsure how to fuel themselves, or need hands-on support in the kitchen. These sessions help you build confidence, practice new skills, and reconnect with food in a safe, supportive way.
Virtual cooking sessions are also ideal for anyone who simply wants to learn, improve their cooking skills, and make healthy, satisfying meals a fun and manageable part of daily life.
Group Cooking Sessions
Community-centered cooking experiences designed to help you rebuild confidence in the kitchen and rediscover the joy of nourishing yourself. These sessions focus on practical skills like meal prep, holiday cooking, and creating balanced, approachable meals—all in a supportive, interactive environment.
While people in eating disorder recovery are welcome, these sessions are best suited for those who are further along in their journey. Beyond cooking, these gatherings foster connection, friendship, and a sense of shared learning around food and wellness.

I work as a self-pay, out-of-network provider to give you the most personalized, flexible, and focused care possible. You’ll receive a superbill for every session, which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. This approach allows us to prioritize your healing without being limited by insurance restrictions.
